Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Florida Panhandle

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

Our family stayed at the Palm's resort and enjoyed our stay. The resort had a awesome pool. The room itself was clean and seem to be maintained. As for booking and communication with Douglas was very helpful and even notified us of a overcharged that ended up saving us some money before the trip. The only drawbacks we notice was the resort doesn't notified you when the pool was closed due to weather which was hard to tell a two year old. But all in all we had a great time and would consider staying here again. Thanks

Masiero was responsive and direct in instructions. It is a lovely neat place to recoup, relax, and enjoy. You will be within walking distance to a ton of amazing views, music, and great food. Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

Matteo’s place is great, and he is a great host! His place is spacious, clean and within walking distance of stores and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed staying downtown and it made for a fun change of scenery after spending the day at the beach. We had a great time there and look forward to staying again in the future.

Caroline was such an amazing host! This house was absolutely perfect. It was only 13 minutes to the beach. The king sized beds in all of the bedrooms was so nice. She also has a day bed & a trundle in the upstairs bedroom and lots of extra beds that you can use if needed. She has plenty of beach towels & beach supplies in the garage. If you have little ones, she has a crib, high chair, pack & play, toys, books, and toy chests full of toys, and kids cups/dishes in the kitchen. She also has board games for family game night! The laundry room had everything I usually have at home. I really appreciated that. The privacy fence in the backyard was perfect for our dog. This was his first vacation. He is very anxious, but he did great on this trip. Caroline made us feel like we were at home. The kids loved the house, too. I don't have any negative things to say about this stay. This house has everything and more. We would love to stay here again!

Wow! Our stay at this house was nothing short of amazing! The brand-new property was super clean and provided ample space for our group of six adults and five children. The pool was a perfect hit with our grandchildren, ranging in age from 10 to 3 years old. They had a blast splashing around and enjoying the water. The beach being just a short walk away added to the convenience and fun of our trip. We were also incredibly thankful for the corner plaza market, which had everything we needed - a restaurant, a seafood market, an ice cream stand, and of course, a small market for any essentials. Joel was exceptional in his responsiveness to all our communications, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This place truly knocks it out of the park 100% and is absolutely perfect for families looking to have a memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. We were looking for a private & peaceful home & this was perfect! The Porch is amazing for napping, great scenery or just time with family! The house had everything needed plus extra. The walks thru the neighborhood were a bonus! If Golf is your hobby like my husband's, plenty of courses to choose from. Quail Creek Golf Course was great! I can't say enough about the local restaurants & eateries!! Dave was very kind to leave us ideas. We will be back again:)

A wonderful short beach trip to this super nice and clean home with a beautiful pool to relax by.

Great little cottage, perfect for a vacation away. Had all the beach necessities. And was cool and comfortable to escape to during the heat of the day. Hosts were proactively communicative leading up to our stay, which helped us be at ease during the stay. Would stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ali and Tommy's cottage. The pool is just steps away from the front door and the kids loved jumping in after a long day at beach. The beach is close, with tow access points. The one to the west does not have a ramp, so we had to walk a little farther to get to the other access point. Ali and Tommy were very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed having the EV charger at the house. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

Joseph’s penthouse was absolutely stunning. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and her 30-year milestone, and this place made it so special. Joseph was incredibly kind and welcoming, even with a previous review on my account that didn’t reflect who we really are. He took a chance on us, and I’m truly grateful for that. He was quick to respond to all my questions and made the whole experience smooth and easy. This home was peaceful, well-organized, and full of thoughtful touches. House was everything my family and I needed. Place was perfect and surrounded by everything for everybody to do!

The location of this unit in the building was a plus. 3rd floor close to the elevator and stairs which we took a lot and close to the exit to the beach and pools. We overlooked the beach and the wading pool but not noisy and had a nice breeze . Would definitely recommend .

We had a wonderful stay at this Rosemary Beach property located right on the scenic Highway 30A. Lyndsay provided clear, concise instructions for everything both on and off the property, which made our stay effortless from start to finish. The apartment was clean, functional, and perfectly situated—just minutes from the beach and close to all the area’s "to-do" things. A big thank you to our hosts for a superb and seamless experience!

Our stay was great! There was some construction going on right outside our door majority of the days we were there, but that is no fault of the owners. Other than that small issue, our stay was perfect. Thank you!
