Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Folkestone

We had a lovely stay at Ursula's home over a sunny weekend in Folkestone. the house was immaculate and Ursula kitted it out with everything we needed for a really comfortable stay including providing stair gates, highchair etc for my my friend's 1 year old. A great place to stay for families or groups of friends, would recommend!

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Beautiful cottage well located for the High Street and the beach. Lovely and clean, excellent shower and had a real home from home feel. Everything you needed was provided. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Della went above and beyond, always answered my questions promptly and even offered to look in on my dog whilst we were at a wedding. The cottage Is right on the beach so listening to the waves was lovely! The bedding was high quality and beautifully clean there is everything you need for a comfortable stay in this cottage ☺️

We stayed as a family of 6, ages ranging across 3 generations plus two small dogs. It was a lovely, spacious home to spend time together. The home has everything you need and is in a great location. The bathrooms are spectacular, the decor is very stylish, the gardens are pretty and there’s ample space for everyone. We highly recommend this home, would love to revisit and thank Katarina and Sam for allowing us to stay in their home.

Gareth's Airbnb was absolutely perfect. He was super accommodating and it's truly the perfect spot for a getaway and to catch up with old friends. Highly recommend to others and would (will hopefully!) stay there again. Thank you!

Lisa’s place was the best stay I’ve had in a while – and I travel a lot! A beautiful gem of a spot, surrounded by the sea, which you can see from every room. The location is excellent, nestled among shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s perfect whether you’re after rest and relaxation or a bit of entertainment – head down to the Port Arms just minutes away on a Sunday for a live band and great atmosphere. Lisa has clearly thought of everything – from the well-stocked amenities, books, and games, right down to a pair of binoculars for sea-gazing. I would absolutely return!

Genevieve’s flat was lovely, perfect location and beautifully decorated. So close to the train station, beaches and all of Margate’s restaurants. Would highly recommend for a trip to the coast

A well equipped small apartment with all the space available used to the best advantage. All you could wish for.

Good location that matched the description. The accommodation was very clean and as per the photos. It was well kept and the furnishing was clean. Lots of games to keep you occupied on a rainy day. Melissa was very responsive when we had an issue with the WiFi. Overall it has a very cute and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this place especially for a small group of people. Will definitely stay again.

Communication with Tom was friendly, fast, easy and straightforward before and after booking. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the parking (and baby cot) was what we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to main areas. If we’re ever back, we’d love to stay again!

A great weekend away. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need - including lots of little extras. Having air-con in both the living area and bedroom was perfect. Communication was excellent.

We stay here often, the apartment is superb, chic and comfortable with high quality amenities and supplies compared to any other Airbnb we have stayed in before. Our stay was during the very warm weather and the ac was fantastic. Tara is the best and most lovely host, helpful, friendly and very responsive. We will be staying again! 🥰

What an amazing place to stay! The view from the apartment is simply stunning , could sit there for hours. Would 100% recommend this place. Great location , we walked to Whitstable along the coast. Nice local restaurants. Teresa is a fantastic host , great communication and recommendations. We can’t wait to return one day.

Lovely couple of days in Sandgate- the apartment is perfect. The roof terrace huge and a complete sun trap. The flat is so well equipped and especially loved the telescope upstairs which we used to look at the strawberry moon! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting some rest and relaxation by the sea.
