Holiday rentals with beach access in Follonica

This is a lovely spot. On a nice peaceful street and very close to the square where there are plenty of nice places to eat and a very short walk to the beach. Easy to park too. The place itself is lovely, comfy bed and stays cool on a hot day.

Appartamento molto carino ristrutturato di recente, situato in posizione perfetta per fare tutto a piedi. Ampi spazi per una famiglia di 4 persone. Serena è stata molto gentile, ci ha accolto personalmente dandoci indicazioni utili e anche quando c'è stato un piccolo intoppo è stata pronta e disponibile per risolvere. Unica pecca ma che assolutamente non ha inciso sul soggiorno, l'appartamento non ha un balcone da usare per stendere gli asciugamani, togliere la sabbia ecc ecc.

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Martine is eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf Ihrer Homepage gibt sie die besten Tipps für ausgehen, Restaurants, Strände usw. usw. Wir haben all diese Informationen sehr geschätzt. Martine war jederzeit für weitere Fragen erreichbar. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich von Martines Freundin Carla empfangen. Die gesamten 4 Wochem in Follonica waren herrlich. Wir haben Wohnung selbst, die Lage der Wohnung und die Stadt sehr genossen. Eine Kleinigkeit, die wir zu Ende Oktober vermisst haben waren wärmere atmungsaktive Decken. Alles andere war perfekt. Danke Martine!

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt gut. In der Umgebung gibt alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt: Zum Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren, in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine sehr schöne Mole zum Flanieren. Auch gibt es im Umland sehr vieles Interessantes zu besichtigen, wenn man eher auf ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente großen Wert legt. Der Lage innerhalb eines Komplexes aus höhere Wohngebäuden geschuldet, ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel und durch die Bahngleise direkt daneben laut - wegen der Schallverstärkung. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

Für uns nachvollziehbar und begrüßenswert: der Preis ist für die Lage. Für uns würde zuviel Luxus diese in den Schatten stellen. Ein paar Erneuerungen insbesondere die Einrichtung einer gemütlichen Ecke, in der man es sich gemeinsam und auch mal kuschlig machen kann, würden dennoch nicht schaden. Wir hatten so oder so eine sehr gute Zeit und haben die Naturbegegnungen, die Aussicht, den Sternenhimmel, das Meer und nicht zuletzt das Abseits von überfüllten Stränden ausgiebig genossen.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermietern. Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation und sehr flexibel was die An- und Abreise angeht. Top Lage, nur circa 100 Meter bis zum Strand und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Empfehlenswert für alle, die in Ruhe Urlaub machen und sich ausruhen wollen. Die Altstadt ist sehr belebt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Am ersten Tag hat uns die Vermieterin sogar Wasser kalt gestellt und frische Croissants mitgebracht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Man ist in drei Minuten zu Fuss am Meer.Gute Busverbindungen nach Livorno.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Graziella und Barbara sind wirklich ganz großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns bei vielen Dingen schnell und unkompliziert ausgeholfen und reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Und die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach großartig. Es ist einfach toll, mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen und wieder aufzuwachen. Der Garten um das Gebäude ist nett angelegt und auf dem Gelände kann auch das Auto abgestellt werden. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß und viele Unternehmungen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der Toskana.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s apartment! The place is modern, stylish, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Maria was extremely helpful and thoughtful—she provided everything we needed for our toddler, including toys, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or small children. That said, the location is great, with a beautiful seaside promenade just a short walk away. Highly recommend this apartment and host—thank you, Maria!

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie war bestens erreichbar und fragte auch selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Obwohl nicht von ihr angegeben, verfügt sie über einen Balkon/eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Für den Start des Aufenthalts ist ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, die Küche bietet alles erforderliche an Geräten und Werkzeugen fürs Kochen und sogar backen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren haben es uns dennoch ermöglicht, uns wohlzufühlen. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Ort für einen Badeurlaub, Strände sind sowohl fußläufig als auch nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre alt) hatten eine schöne Zeit.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Appartement sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten (Waschmittel, genug Decken, gut ausgestattete Küche). Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuss sind viele schöne Strände erreichbar, wie auch ein grosser Einkaufsladen und viele Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. 😃
