Beachfront holiday rentals in Follonica

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Gorgeous location and views

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

We had a great time in this oasis of peace! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Staying at this beautiful villa was magical. It is exactly as the photos present. The beach just outside the gates is fantastic and the pool is always pristine. There are more great restaurants within walking distance than we could try (admittedly we were repeat patrons at our favorite - Cafe Mistral, probably the best pizza in Cavo).

it was all as described in the ad. After the first week stay we even got fresh and new sheets and towels. Gloria helped us with all inquiries. It was great and we will be very happy to book this place again. Views were a dream to be in.

We loved our stay in cavo. The pool and the view from the balcony is particularly good. Giulia is a lovely person who’s taken a lot of time to write clear instructions. The Sassi Rossi was our favourite restaurant near by

We had the most wonderful stay here. The views over the harbour and the sunset were incredible! Lots of amazing restaurants very close by. The beaches were lovely and the pool was great. Enrico super helpful and friendly with lots of info and recommendations. Ideal for families with lots to do. We loved it

A very special place that we were now able to enjoy for the second time. Peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings of the property with the great view of the sea guaranteed! There were four of us again as a family with two adult children and cooked a lot in the well appointed kitchen. Loredana is a very good host who welcomed us in a friendly way even when we arrived at night after a car breakdown. Thank you for everything, Loredana! We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is just awesome: during the day you can explore Elba and enjoy the sunset and tranquility in the evening. A huge recommendation and we hope to come back again 😊

We had an unforgettable time in Follonica. We felt very comfortable in Stefania's apartment. The view from the balcony is fantastic, we enjoyed it every day. The apartment is great, right by the sea. It is quiet, but also not far to visit the supermarket or a bakery. The fantastic beach Cala Violina Scarlino, which Stefania also recommended, is also easily accessible. Stefania is a great host, is very concerned about our well-being and was always easily accessible. She gave many helpful tips. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay in Follonica! The apartment is located almost directly on the beach and on the promenade. The coordination with Eveline regarding the arrival and arrival time was very nice and straightforward. We were able to drive directly into the driveway in front of the house for loading/unloading, which helped us a lot with the luggage. Parking is available about 100 m away in a large parking lot. Since Eveline applied for a resident ID for us, parking there was free … that was very pleasant and made our stay and budget very relaxed :-) The apartment is very functional/modernly furnished including a new kitchen and actually has everything you need. The apartment has a beautiful balcony where you can have breakfast and look at the beach and the promenade. In the evening, the promenade always gets a little fuller and louder, which did not bother us. We felt very comfortable in Eveline's apartment and enjoyed the short distances to the sea.

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

Great location, so much so that we never used the car in a week. House without air conditioning but not too hot. Small apartment but very suitable for a couple even with 1/2 children thanks above all to the large outdoor area very useful especially for meals.

Chicca and her husband were excellent hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The apartment was very large and had all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay there, getting to know them and the Bolgheri region. Highly recommend. Plus they have two super nice dogs and a cat that enjoyed our attention!

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa’s apartment! We spent 6 nights in her beautiful home, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Lisa and her family (Francesco, Rosanna) are truly special hosts — warm, thoughtful, and always ready with helpful tips and kind gestures that made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless (really super clean), beautifully decorated, and ideally located — it also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1 year old baby.
