Holiday rentals with beach access in Follonica

This is a lovely spot. On a nice peaceful street and very close to the square where there are plenty of nice places to eat and a very short walk to the beach. Easy to park too. The place itself is lovely, comfy bed and stays cool on a hot day.

Very nice apartment recently renovated, located in a perfect position to do everything on foot. Ample space for a family of 4. Serena was very kind, she welcomed us personally giving us useful directions and even when there was a small hitch she was ready and available to solve it. The only flaw, but one that absolutely did not affect the stay, is that the apartment does not have a balcony to use for hanging towels, removing sand, etc.

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Martine is a wonderful hostess. Super helpful and friendly. On your homepage she gives the best tips for going out, restaurants, beaches, etc., etc. We really appreciated all this information. Martine was always available for further questions. Her apartment is lovingly and nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martine's friend Carla. The entire 4 wochem in Follonica were magnificent. We enjoyed the apartment ourselves, the location of the apartment and the city. One small thing we missed at the end of October were warmer breathable blankets. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Martine!

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

We had a very nice stay! Communication with the owner was excellent: Very friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and very lovingly furnished and designed, just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness of the apartment was good overall. In the area there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation: You only have to cross one road to get to the beach, there are many good restaurants, shops and a very nice jetty for strolling nearby. There is also a lot of interesting things to see in the surrounding area if you value a quiet and relaxed ambience. Due to the location within a complex of higher residential buildings, the apartment is a bit dark and noisy due to the railway tracks right next to it - because of the sound amplification. We were still very satisfied with the place and can definitely recommend it.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Very nice and accommodating landlords. Smooth and fast communication and very flexible in terms of arrival and departure. Top location, only about 100 meters to the beach and a very quiet area. Recommended for those who want to take a vacation and relax. The old town is very lively and quickly accessible on foot. On the first day, the landlady even provided us with cold water and brought fresh croissants.

we absolutely loved our stay… just as described and more… close to Florence and other spots… what a view!!! Hopefully be back!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Graziella and Barbara are really great hosts. They helped us quickly and easily with many things and respond very quickly to messages. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is simply furnished but very clean. And the location right by the sea is just great. It's just great to fall asleep and wake up again with the sound of the sea. The garden around the building is nicely landscaped and the car can also be parked on the premises. The city center is within walking distance and many activities can be reached in a few minutes by car. Overall, a really highly recommended place to stay in Tuscany.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s apartment! The place is modern, stylish, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Maria was extremely helpful and thoughtful—she provided everything we needed for our toddler, including toys, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or small children. That said, the location is great, with a beautiful seaside promenade just a short walk away. Highly recommend this apartment and host—thank you, Maria!

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We were very impressed with Maria’s apartment. She met us there and was very helpful. The apartment has beautiful views of the sea and is close to the train station which was a big bonus. There were so many welcome items like delicious biscuits, pasta, napoletana sauce, sweets, coffee pods, bottled water, etc. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. This was a welcome surprise. The apartment was very clean, spacious and inviting. We loved our stay and would definitely come here again. Thanks Maria for everything 🙏

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large grocery store and many restaurants. We will gladly come back. 😃
