Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to a small beach and the mostbeautiful square in the city. At 50m the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend the after-dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket.Theapartment is located in the ztl, but there are free parking at 150mt and we also offer the possibility of a free permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of your stay.

The flat takes its name from the underlying ‘Literary Garden’ belonging to the Chelliana Library. It is located in an ancient building in the historic centre of Grosseto, between Corso Carducci and the Medici Walls in the ZTL area. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Duomo, Piazza delle Catene, the Archaeological and Sacred Art Museum of the Maremma, Piazza del Mercato, Piazza del Sale and our famous Teatro degli Industri all within easy walking distance.

In the medieval frame of Massa Marittima attic recently renovated with terrace with beautiful sea view of Follonica and islands of the Tuscan archipelago. Our apartment is located at the entrance of the village near the old town. Recently renovated with great care, the studio is about 40 square meters. It has air conditioning, kitchen with refrigerator, oven, flat screen TV, parquet. There is a comfortable bed ,a large walk-in closet and breakfast is included.

The apartment is located near the central train station, a 15-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. Entering the apartment, located in a condominium, we find ourselves in a small corridor with the bathroom immediately on the left and continuing on is the kitchen and the sleeping area separated by a sliding wall. The apartment is very bright because there is a French window from which you can access the terrace. I plan to interact with guests at check-in
