The Garden of Dreams

A peaceful corner in the historic center. Crossing the threshold means discovering a hidden oasis where history and nature intertwine for a unique stay. The house has a triple room and a double room, both with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub; downstairs (accessible by an external staircase) there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Exclusive access to the upper floor of the garden, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, completes the experience.

The house is 4 km from Formia and Gaeta, 20 km from Sperlonga and 3 km from Itri. The station is 2 km away and you can comfortably visit Rome or Naples.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Sperlonga. We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea in Sperlonga.
