The treatment is good and the house is beautiful

We were very nicely received by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quick to reach and able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping center directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next door QB Bracceria we can recommend. Very pleasant stay a few steps from Rome, apartment in a very central area and served by all the public transport that connects the area to the capital. Underhouse bus stop and train station within a 5-minute walk. The house is kept very well, it is in the center but surrounded by tranquility. Equipped with all comforts, maximum cleanliness and comfort. Perfectly functioning appliances, the furniture is new and the linens are always very fresh. Large and comfortable bed, the living room kitchen is spacious and bright and overlooks a large terrace where you can enjoy moments of true relaxation. Parking is always available under the house. What about the host? Kind and caring person, always available and attentive to every need. I highly recommend staying at Ornella's house, you will live a wonderful vacation a few minutes from Rome and a stone's throw from the beautiful town of Tivoli, a place, also full of history and beauty to visit. I'll be back

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful place, so cozy and is exactly like the pictures, air conditioning was amazing after hot days, Vittorio was super friendly and helpful when we had questions 10/10. The balcony is a perfect drinking spot for late nights we loved it!!

Super nice accommodation with private roof terrace, table tennis table in the courtyard and super accessibility to public transport and 24/7 grocery stores. We were allowed to arrive at eight and everything we needed was available in the accommodation. From towels and bedding with enough sleeping space for all of us to cosmetics and kitchen utensils. Place was very clean and air conditioned. We also liked the fast and uncomplicated exchange with the host and the flexible check-in and check-out. Gladly again!

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Very well-equipped accommodation and consistent with the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very friendly before and throughout the stay.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. We spent a few days at Lia's, and we had a great time. The location is ideal, because it is close to transport and quiet. All the necessary equipment is present, and the accommodation was very clean. There are not enough words in the English language to describe these beautiful people,their apartment and Tivoli. Armando and Alessandro are two of the most caring people you will ever find.We did not expect what they did for us and we feel like we have made special friends for life!I proposed to my gf on the terrace 14/06/25 and they set up the most beautiful scene you will ever find.Armando exchanged so many messages in the months leading up to our stay,sent pics for me to approve and went above and beyond of what you would expect from an AirBNB host. The apartment was so clean,spotless and beautifully decorated and furnished. View from the terrace(x2) and master bedroom are out of this world.The waterfall can be heard also which is so peaceful.I would need another 10,000 words to truly describe these people and their place but limited to 1000.If you are going to Tivoli book here.There is no place on earth to match it.Thank you both we send our love and will 100% return some day ♥️

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
