The property covers 5000 m2 with direct proximity to the private & heated pool from early April to late September (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m), an outdoor living space to live in as well as outside.

We offer a cozy studio in a quiet and serene environment, surrounded by trees, birds, punctuated by the sound of the Gaudre. Please note, the entrance is independent, but the studio is in our family home next to a bedroom. Please be mindful of noise levels. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
