An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

For those who love hiking, there are several marked trails to reach places of interest such as Lake Delio, Campagnano. 3 km away is Maccagno, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you can go canoeing, wind surfing and sailing. From Maccagno, by boat, you can reach the most important places on the lake, both Italian and Swiss.

The Tower is a lovely and cosy apartment with an amazing view of Lake Maggiore. It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio. Probably in very old times, this house was a kind of castle with his courtyard and the tower reaching 360 °of sight!
