Welcome to Orchard cottage, a single storey building, annexed to ( but separate from ) our house. The cottage is furnished to a high standard. We are situated on the outskirts of a private residential area, just 400 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Welshpool, there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The magnificent Powis castle is a short walk from the town centre, through the beautiful parkland. Other attractions include Montgomery canal & light railway.

This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. Sofa bed in living room and single bed via steep stairs.

Top House is a cosy cottage with modern touches in the rural village of Forden, two pubs 1.5 miles away.200m from Offas' Dyke footpath We offer up to 6 guests Self/Catering, there are 3 double bedrooms, all en suite with TV and free wifi. 2 rooms have Superking zip n link beds which can be split to offer twin beds instead, just let me know which you prefer. Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen, dining room and sitting room with log burner and TV. There are low ceilings and steps upstairs.

The View at Sunnybank offers a unique two bedroomed property in a private secluded area over looking the beautiful Welsh/Shropshire countryside. The property is newly renovated and boasts a private balcony, patio and garden area including a bbq. Red Kite Cottage is situated just over a mile from Montgomery and five miles from Powis Castle, and offers free use of an EV charger. There are a number of well documented local walks and the hosts are keen golfers. We know several good eateries within five miles. The view from both the bedroom and the kitchen is one of many fine views in Montgomeryshire. There are two seating areas on the private decking area and sun loungers are available on request.
