Excellent stay, the apartment is very comfortable and bright, matches the listing, has sweeping views of the river. The parking is covered and very comfortable. It's not central, but it wasn't a problem for us. Anthony answered the questions quickly and clearly.

Every time we come to Yann's, it's a real pleasure to discover relaxing and warm spaces. We meet again and again. Thank you for offering us these moments with such beautiful accommodation. Beautiful apartment, very nice, very well decorated, with a lot of taste. Friendly and warm welcome from Élodie who was very flexible, both on our arrival and departure schedules. The apartment is very well located in relation to the city center. Close to the train station, it is an ideal base when you come by train. I recommend it 200%!

The apartment is really perfect! Ideally located in the heart of Rouen, it offers a pleasant calm thanks to its location in the backyard. The decoration is neat and warm. The bedding is of very good quality, guaranteeing a restful night. Even though breakfast is offered, there is a good bakery at the foot of the building. It was a short stay at the top!

Loved our stay! It’s a pity we only stayed for one night. The apartment was lovely and clean, right in the centre of Rouen. We were lucky that we managed to grab a parking spot on the street (there are only about 4/5 spots). Jeanne was very accommodating and responded to any queries very quickly. If we are staying in Rouen again we’ll definitely book with Jeanne!

Perfect weekend. Xavier was very friendly, helpful and always in reach. The house is clean and comfortable with everything there for an easy stay. It’s a wonderful setting. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the water at night. Highly recommended for a nice escape!

Thibauld’s place was well described and clean. Beautiful location with a huge private space for relaxing and games. Interior space was perfect for 12 people (3 couples and 6 children) and dogs. Thibauld met us in person and was a great host. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time at Yann's home, his house is really made for conviviality. Yann was responsive to our requests. We will return to sunny days to enjoy the pool! I would recommend without hesitation!

A pleasant stay in impeccable, spacious accommodation for 4 adults at the top. nice village, we were lucky that the weekend we chose was the Tréport rally, so there was a parade of cars in the village. Otherwise, very good explanation for a self check-in. I'll remember the accommodation when we come back to the area.

We had a pleasant stay, Chantal had sent me very clear instructions by SMS for our arrival. Regarding the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, very clean, really comfortable bedding. If I had to find something to complain about, it would just be the lack of a shutter on the bedroom windows, but really it's a detail. We will return with great pleasure, and thank you for your responsiveness and kindness. I recommend it with great pleasure.

We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation although small was cosy. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were modern and the place was very tidy. Locating the parking space and best location to unloading luggage at the property are quite tricky despite lengthy instructions.

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished with taste. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.

The apartment is close to the city center, you can reach everything very well. The apartment is small but cozy. Sophia is very nice and always easy to reach, it's a shame we didn't manage to meet in person. We would come back to stay anytime.
