Holiday rentals with breakfast in Forio

The place was comfortable and easy to live in, especially with children. About fifteen to twenty minutes walk from the center and beaches. Quiet and relaxing. Outdoor space great for apperitivo and dinner.

Abbiamo dormito in cinque nella casa di Luana e posso dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Appartamento molto grande e ristrutturato con un ampio terrazzo con il verde. Oltre le camere da letto comode e pulite tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di ogni tipologia di confort: da aria condizionata, wi-fi e sky. La cucina era completa di ogni cosa, ingredienti ed elettrodomestici come lavastoviglie, tostapane, forno, microonde... Ho apprezzato tantissimo la presenza di ferro da stiro e profotti per il lavaggio dei capi. Consiglio tantissimo soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo e per la vicinanza alla stazione f.s. / metro linea 2 di Pozzuoli. Zona veramente tranquilla e silenziosa.

Relaxing holiday house with gardens We stayed in Andreina's house for 4 nights. The central location made it easy to explore Ischia, inclusing the Castello, beaches, Mount Epomeo, the stone houses, and Sant'Angelo. Supermarkets are located close to the house. The house is very confortable, with firm beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large living room. Our favorites were the covered terrace for dining and the gardens both front and back of the house. Communication with Andreina was easy. She was friendly and responded quickly.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad op de berg Epomeo. Mede dankzij de gastvrijheid van de eigenaars hebben we een eiland leren kennen op een manier zoals wij dat nog nooit ervaren hebben. Na aankomst op het eiland en de rit in onze huurauto richting Francesca heeft de landheer ons het laatste stuk de berg geëscorteerd, wat op zich geen overbodige luxe was. Het is namelijk een zijweg van de hoofdstraat en dat moet je maar net weten. De rit naar boven duurt een minuut of 8 met de auto. Het landgoed ligt tegen de berg aan waar je geniet van een fantastisch uitzicht over de hele westflank van Ischia. Het huis ligt een eind weg bij de drukte van het eiland, maar de dorpen en het strand beneden zijn goed te bereiken. Bij aankomst hebben we een rondleiding over het perceel gekregen en een mand vol met aardappelen, groenten en fruit uit eigen tuin. Na de rondleiding hebben we op het terras met hun eigen wijn geproost op een aangenaam verpozen. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Ubytování je jako na fotografiích - velmi milé a dokonale čisté. Ještě nikdy jsme neměli vchod přímo z ulice, ale zdá se, že je to v této lokalitě celkem obvyklé. Ocenili jsme jak klimatizaci, tak moka konvičku a pračku. Marina je usměvavá a nápomocná. Dostali jsme od ní doporučení na skvělé restaurace a další podniky přesně podle našich představ i tipy na výlety a lokální akci.

Apartamento perfecto para conocer Nápoles y resto de pueblos de la zona de Campania, recién reformado, con olor a nuevo, muy limpio, espacioso, iluminado, en una zona tranquila, situado en una calle sin tráfico donde puedes aparcar el coche en la puerta, a 5 minutos de la parada del tren, que te conecta con Nápoles en 30 minutos aproximadamente. A 5 minutos hay una playa. Barrio tranquilo y seguro con muchos servicios, como restaurantes, etc. Al apartamento no le falta detalle, muy completo y con todas las comodidades. Tiene un pequeño patio donde poder pasar la velada o incluso tender la ropa. Fabrizio atiende rápidamente todas las dudas, excelente anfitrión.

It was the second time that we stayed at his place. The location is very central. You can reach the historic center of Forio as well as the beaches and the thermal waterpark Poseidon on foot. The apartment was clean and the neighbourhood felt safe and calm. Recommended place to stay.

L'alloggio è locato nei pressi del porto, posizione molto strategica per visitare tutta l'isola. Abbiamo parlato con Carlo, persona estremamente gentile, disponibile ed ospitale, molto proattiva nelle comunicazioni. Ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili per visitare Procida. Consigliato!

Le logement de Anna Maria est placé idéalement dans la partie la plus pittoresque de l'île. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon face à la mer et au château est vraiment un plus. Anna Maria nous a emmener des croissants en plus d un cadeau de bienvenu. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir pour continuer nos randonnées en bord de mer.

Logement très spacieux situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur avec une grande terrasse. Malgré le trafic de l'avenue, le logement est très silencieux. La literie est de très bonne qualité et nous avons apprécié la climatisation avec ces fortes chaleurs. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Il faudra pensez à la taxe de séjour (en liquide) pour les touristes étrangers. L'accès au métro est très facile et permet de rejoindre le centre et la navette reliant à l'aéroport sans problème.

The house was spacious with beautiful view overlooking the sea. Supermarket close by and buses a few minutes away. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Close to Negombo and La Mortella gardens.

I read so many amazing reviews about Agostino’s place, & how he was an exceptional host. It is all true! 11/10 for sure. My wife and I were beyond happy, satisfied, & well taken care of. Agostino communicated so well, took care of EVERYTHING we needed, brought us delicious local baked goods & fresh juices every morning, quietly placing the treats outside of our door. He helped me rent a car which made me feel supported & safe with the transaction. He gave great local recommendations & directions! There is an amazing restaurant right outside of the apartment where the food was delicious & staff super friendly! Ischia is a magical place & this is where you can call “home” while you’re there! It was safe & quiet, but only a few minutes walk to the downtown area. Lots of great shops, sites, eats & the cool Castle! You can see the ocean from the balconies! The bed was super comfortable as well. Agostino, thank you for making our stay perfectly amazing! Best host on Airbnb, for sure! 🙌🏼👌🏼🫶🏻🇮🇹

Marissa’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. One of the best parts was the generous breakfast she provided every morning — fresh, delicious, and more than enough to start the day. What really made this stay special was Marissa herself. She’s an excellent host — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She even took the time to accompany me to a few places, which made me feel so welcomed and supported. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Marissa!

This place is FANTASTIC! It’s super close to the beach. The setting is very quiet, the tents are comfortable, they clean the room everyday while you are there. They offer a pick up and drop off service to the ferry. They booked a boat for us and made restaurant reservations. The cafe at the site is excellent with simple tasty pizza and pasta options, great drinks and ice cream. A simple breakfast is included. The staff is young and friendly, the place is off the beaten path but a short walk to town. Procida is very cute and many fewer tourists than Capri. The sunsets at the beach were breathtaking and the beach is literally 50 meters away. Definitely go, this place is a gem!

Paolo et toute sa famille sont très accueillants et toujours de bonne humeur, serviables. Je les remercie pour leur hospitalité et leur générosité! Ce fut un réel plaisir de loger chez eux. La maison est très grande, typique, avec un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil. Une magnifique piscine, de nombreux arbres fruitiers, de jolis transat face à la mer …. Forio est un des plus beaux coins de l’île, avec de nombreuses plages, toutes magnifiques, une très bon réseau de bus pour parcourir l’île sans avoir besoin de louer une voiture. Vous rencontrerez certainement d’autres vacanciers (plusieurs chambres d’hôtes), avec lesquelles vous pourrez profiter de réels moments d’échange, notamment au petit déjeuner. Je reviendrais !

This place is uniquely beautiful. It has a charming view from the window and great neighbourhood. Host was really lovely, helpful and open for us. If you are looking for quiet and charming place I can recommend it with all my heart. I'm sure I will comeback here some day

Mon séjour dans cet Airbnb était vraiment parfait, une expérience exceptionnelle en tout point. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. La chambre elle-même offrait l'un des plus beaux panoramas que j'ai jamais vus de ma vie : une vue à couper le souffle qui m'a émerveillé chaque matin. Le cadre est splendide, la piscine très propre, le petit déjeune copieux et le tout offrant le confort nécessaire pour un séjour inoubliable. L'emplacement est également idéal : tout est à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Deux bus passent très régulièrement, facilitant l'accès au centre-ville et au port en un rien de temps. Grâce à ces lignes de transport efficaces, j'ai pu explorer facilement la région et profiter pleinement de mon séjour. L'endroit est un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour se ressourcer. Je ne peux que recommander chaudement cet endroit à quiconque cherche une escapade tranquille et mémorable. Parenthèse enchantée.

Well.... what can you say about finding a little bit of heaven. Mariano's home is utterly beautiful and the breakfast on the terrace absolutely sublime! So relaxing. Ischia is a beautiful island with lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a bus service at the bottom of the hill, that will service nearly all of the island. We felt very welcomed indeed and couldn't really think of anything else that would've made it any more enjoyable. Mariano is a truly wonderful host. Arrivederci

Anna est une hôtesse rieuse et gaie. Son accueil est chaleureux dans son appartement impeccablement propre et son petit jardin très beau et calme. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis. Si nous en avons l’occasion nous reviendrons. Plage, club de plongée et train sont à proximité à pied. C’est un atout. On peut venir sans véhicule ou le garer dans sa rue et tout faire ensuite à pied ou avec le train. Je recommande.
