The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

It is a newly renovated antique finca with large terrace in the mountains above beautiful Fornalutx village. Cozy house has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and living area with armchairs in the same space, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The 2 kms road from Fornalutx to the house is one-lane asphalt road, the small car is more conveniente to move in the area if you are not experienced driver.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
