Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Erie

The house was actually better in person! It was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was clean and spacious. The view of the lake and outdoor areas were phenomenal. We enjoyed a breath taking sunset each evening. We would recommend this house to anyone & if we visit again, would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for being such helpful and responsive hosts! We had the best time and made many family memories!

Amazing! Beautiful property - looks just like the photos. Close to great vineyards and amazing restaurants just several minutes away. NOTL town is also a very short drive away. Also the unit has everything you need to cook!

The location is perfect right on the water and there are convenient walking paths to explore the surrounding area. The house has great exterior spaces for enjoying the beautiful views of the river. Billie was very communicative and proactive in sharing recommendations, would highly recommend!

This is a big, beautiful home on a large private lot which is immaculately landscaped and maintained. It was very comfortable to spend time in the home as well as outdoors.

This is a terrific Airbnb situated minutes away from all the touristy destinations near Niagara Falls. Super clean and comfy — highly recommend!

I just got back from one night at Isabelle’s place and OMG I wish we could have stayed another night or two. Isabelle has carefully thought out the interior design of her place so well and has really made great use out of the available space. The kitchen is beautiful, backyard is AMAZING (hot tab is fabulous btw) and the backyard really does make you feel right at home. The king bed in the basement allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in ages and I will now be purchasing the exact mattress and bedding set for my personal bed. Isabelle’s communication is amazing and she is so responsive! This place is within walking distance to pretty much everything downtown which allowed for a great trip! We are already looking at returning again in a couple months! ☺️

My best friend and I stayed at Jon’s place for a long weekend and we were super comfortable at this stay. The entire space was clean and had basic amenities, and had a cute charm throughout each room. The entrance was easy to find and Jon had provided us with clear instructions as well as good recommendations in the area. We were able to find parking on the street very close, if not in front of the house each time. The only negative we would express about this stay is the surrounding location. We were happy to have local restaurants that we could walk to, but the area made us feel a bit unsafe. Overall, we would recommend Jon’s stay, because it gave us a bit of Downtown Buffalo in a clean and welcoming space :)

It’s a very peaceful and clean place to stay but the laundry isn’t looks like what I expect. Lots of restaurants around. Definitely will recommend the Butter Block to whoever comes to Buffalo in the future. Julia is a very nice and informative host.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and I totally understand why people love them! Bridget's place is a cozy upstairs apartment. I lived in one years ago and it was fun feeling the nostalgia of apartment living again! (This place is MUCH nicer than the one I lived in though!) It was very clean, no hair hiding behind the toilet like in most hotels. The decor is neutral yet inviting. We didn't notice the noise much from the road and enjoyed the river view from the porch. Bridget is a very responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in and out. We were close to the falls and downtown Buffalo without much traffic issues. The apartment is very well stocked with all the essentials. The only suggestion I would have is maybe plastic or hard surface patio chairs. This is only because the bird droppings from the trees above. We were able to get them mostly clean before sitting, but hard surface would clean easier. We had a blast playing the 80/90s trivia game supplies in the closet!

This was a great spot for my stay in the Niagara region. Chloe’s communication was perfect and the place was clean and comfortable. Great value and good location.

I was having a road trip with my parents to the Niagara Falls and stayed two days at Joanne's house. It was definitely a well-decorated vintage. My parents enjoyed looking through all these board games and old books on the shelf. Everything was wonderful.

This was a great air bnb in the best location! Especially if you’re from South Buffalo. There are not many places to stay in this neighborhood due to it being all residences! It was so nice to be walking distance to stuff, no busy traffic and we were able to watch the fireworks at Caz park without even leaving. Short distance to all the family and downtown stuff I wanted to do. The entire place was spotless and we enjoyed some nice teas after all of the Buffalo foods! I will be booking again for sure!

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Condo is beautiful, clean, cozy with convenient parking. But the building itself has strong audibility, there was weirdly working vacuum cleaner in the condo. At least the second issue might be solved easily. Host is very responsive and courteous. For family of four with two small kids and two pets this place was worthwhile to stay one month. So, we strongly recommend this place.

Cute house in a great location. Very walkable. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything from checkin to checkout wad great. The hosts were super responsive and very friendly and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family. We had an event next door at the Martin house and the host kindly allowed us to have the bride and bridesmaids get hair and makeup done before going to the ceremony. We have made special memories in this home, thank you for allowing us to stay.
