Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fort Mill

Kate's is such a wonderful and kind host, so thoughtful and considerate. We were dealing with the passing of a very well loved family member and needed to all be together during this tough time. Kate's warm welcome and detailed, thoughtful instructions made our stay in her house so comforting. Upstairs bedrooms included the beautiful master suite, elegant bathroom and a bonus room with childrens toys and games. The main level included another bedroom and bathroom, so appreciated after long days of travel. Great, fully equipped spotlessly clean kitchen, stocked for guests with K cups & ground coffee. Kate also had a collection of toys and games for kids, toddlers and even babies in the under-the-stairs closet. But sadly we were so busy I missed seeing them until after the baby, five year old and their mamas and daddies went home. The house has a lovely backyard, lots of outdoor seating. Blooming red azaleas when were there made for beautiful family photos. Great park, short walk away.

Amazing location! We brought our pup and it was great to have a big fenced in yard as well as the park right around the corner. Beautiful, well kept neighborhood. We attended the Savannah Bananas game at Bank of America stadium and it was great location for a quick drive there.

Spent a few days boating and playing at Aaron’s. House is located on a quiet inlet but close enough to the main lake that you can be skiing,etc in no time. We hung out on the screen porch with the beautiful lake views. It’s so nice that Aaron allows dogs so we were able to bring our lab who had a great time playing in the water. The fenced yard was a plus too. We didn’t do significant cooking in the kitchen (this was a vacation) but fired up the grill and used Door Dash for sushi delivery. If we had wanted to cook, kitchen was well stocked. Super comfy beds/linens, good water pressure, cold AC. It was a great holiday break and we would love to come back one day.

The rental property was just as described with some fun amenities. It was also very close to uptown, which was super convenient. Hunter was very detailed with any necessary instructions, which made things easy. If I needed a larger space again for my friends and I in the future, I would rebook.

So many things to appreciate during our 2-week stay at Ina’s place: -Great host…responsive, friendly, helpful -Location…quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes to groceries, restaurants and other shopping -Updated home…extremely clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great water pressure -Big backyard…fully fenced in and a nice spot for our two hounds to romp Will definitely look to stay at Ina’s beautiful home again when we return to Charlotte!

We had a wonderful stay at this house for my son’s wedding. The location was ideal in that it was close to all venues but also felt “off the beaten track” being in an isolated neighborhood (good for evening strolls). The house was well maintained and well-suited for our needs since the bedrooms were removed from the main living space. The fenced backyard was ideal for letting out the dog for a little exercise and potty breaks. Highly recommend with no reservations and would not hesitate to stay there again..

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

We absolutely loved it! The house was very nice, clean and all the furniture (including the beds) were comfortable and cozy. The lake views were beautiful and there was plenty of things to do. We made amazing memories with our family!

Malik’s place was amazing! It was exactly as described and went above our expectations for amenities, cleanliness, and provisions. Malik’s was extremely responsive and communicated clearly and timely. This was truly an impressive place to stay!

Ben and his place was awesome! Very modern and clean. The beds were so comfortable! Ben was always quick to reply to me even when I messaged him at midnight with a parking question! Would definitely book again if I’m ever back in Charlotte!😁

Staying here was such a hidden gem! The host was so accommodating from before we even made our reservation to any questions we had. We felt truly taken care of and at home. It was in the basement but honestly it felt like we were in our own apartment. It’s a beautiful place with vinyl records, a pool table and a beautiful shower. Would love to stay here again and am so grateful we had the chance to stay here! Will definitely hope to come back sometime ❤️

Book it!! Don't even think about it!! Book it! From the entrance to inside the place everything was beautiful. You can tell Michelle takes pride in the place because it's beautiful clean and well maintained. We get right at home! The porch was a southern girls dream!! Thank you so much for having us

Great location to walk to events at Bank of America stadium. There are coffee shops and restaurants directly across the street, as well. Traffic noises at night were loud, but it’s expected when you’re in the heart of everything. We appreciated having parking at the building, and the host gave clear instructions for using the garage and other building accesses.

My husband and I were in town for a concert so we wanted a place that was convenient and walkable to the venue. Enya’s home was perfect. Safe, walkable to many places and clean! She made our stay very comfortable and stress free. Don’t hesitate to book if you need a nice place to stay in Charlotte! Lots of nice touches in the home. It really has everything you could need and more.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

If I could give this condo a rating of 6 stars I would!! Larry and Pat went above and beyond with communication. The information left in the condo about the community, restaurant, and things to do was excellent. Their place is beautifully decorated. Most Airbnb’s are plain and minimal. Their place is tastefully decorated and very nicely furnished. The appliances in the kitchen were spotless and the kitchen was stocked with every possible dish, pan, glass or utensil you could ever need. Larry & Pat’s place is truly a “Home Away From Home.”

Very comfortable home for our stay. We had our 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 7-16) and had plenty of room. Great location and easy to get to all restaurants and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. Rented a boat for 2 days which was perfect and had a place off the side of the dock to tie up the boat we rented. House was as advertised and the views were fantastic. The dock was my kids favorite place to hang out and swim. We would absolutely rent here again in the future.

This house is a showplace. It is immaculate, beautiful, well appointed and a good location. Melanie is a great host. You can feel the love in her place. It is really nice. She was easy to work with, the house was clean, we lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, spacious and again spotless. I would stay there again without hesitation.
