We’re excited to share our waterfront paradise on Boeuf River for a weekend or extended stays. Loaded w amenities = relaxation, fishing, grilling +beautiful porch & dock views. You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to Walmart, 1 hr to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. Great to visit & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. WI-FI & Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Remain secluded or visit! Our dogs are a guest favorite!
