Our house sits on a quiet short street in town. It is a cozy, CLEAN, beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath home, child-safe with closed in backyard. There is an electric fireplace. A bonus room can be used as a laptop friendly office space. A fully equipped kitchen contains basic appliances, Keurig, and more. Backyard has privacy fence/grill. Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, fans, chargers.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Our stay here was amazing! We enjoyed the cabin as it had everything we needed and then some. The cabin itself was beautiful!! Very clean! Kids enjoyed the loft area which had games, toys and a Nintendo 64. It also had a futon and foam blocks which the kids used to make forts. The kids picked up pretty rocks and splashed in the creek that was within walking in the property. We didn’t get to use the volleyball court or tetherball due to our weekend being so packed but we will definitely save that for next time. At night, we very much enjoyed the hot tub and building fires while swinging in the hammock chairs. So relaxing! The river that we went fishing at is only 5 minutes away and the lake was only 2 minutes away.! Oh yea, and our dogs had the time of their lives too! So much room for them to run wild! Our host was amazing. He was very responsive to any questions we had and was fast to reply. We will definitely be back to this little piece of paradise ❤️

The house was immaculate. A lot of thought put into the amenities. Check in and check out was easy. My teens were a little apprehensive about the uncovered windows on the doors but they are just not used to it. This is for those who read reviews. The main bedroom bed was firm. If you like firm mattresses, no issue. I don’t so we did go and buy a 3 inch foam topper because I had to sleep on the sofa the first night. This is not a complaint, just FYI as it’s my personal issue but wish I had known that in advance. All in all it was a great 2 night stay. No issues whatsoever.

Property was amazing and perfect for our family. It was well furnished and kitchen had everything we needed. Deck was awesome and very relaxing. David was very responsive. We will definitely stay there again.
