Relax in this former model home with beautiful upgrades throughout the house. The gated community is well kept, quiet and wonderful for walks. The location just minutes outside of Flagstaff is also exceptional. From the neat town, local natural beauty and parks, excellent golfing options, skiing, nearby Sedona and the Grand Canyon, there is always something to do!

Two bedroom, one bath house, with a newly remodeled bathroom, large yard, hot tub and decks. An indoor/outdoor ***CAT lives here full time :) She gets fed twice a day. She will not be there 4/10-5/1 Easy access to The Urban Trail, Aspen Place, downtown. Airbnb classifies this as a cabin. You may have rustic encounters. These could be a snowy driveway, wood piles, insects, warm days without a/c, birds, leaves/pine needles, heights without rails etc. Yard may not fully manicured at all times.
