Monthly Rentals in Fossato

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. We finally found what we were looking for. We will definitely be back! Sergio and Sara

Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in a different house than the one in the listing, but Mrs. Maria had let us know in advance. The apartment provided was larger and so, for us, there were six of us, much more comfortable. Mrs. Maria was very nice and approachable. The house is in a great location, you can easily reach the sea. Clean house with everything you need provided. Parking spot in private garden
