Historic Wykoff Jail Haus

Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Snowmobilers-jump right on the trail from the property!

Natural deep woods within a gully between fields, you’ll find this spot a wonderful sanctuary for wildlife. Follow the few scattered deer trails on the property and explore this natural place.

Super quiet and peaceful. The full kitchen has the basic pots, pans, and dishes. TV with WiFi in the living room. All appliances are new! Fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster. This apartment is tucked around the corner of the new addition on an old church. Private entry with sidewalk that leads to Parkway Ave. Need something not pictured or mentioned? Nestling Pines Treehouse is nestled amongst the Pine trees on a hill deep in the woods. There is designated parking for treehouse guest only. A 60 foot bridge starts your walk up the trail to the treehouse. Then a 250 foot gravel path leads you to this beautiful Treehouse. Has electricity, running hot/cold water, walk-in-shower, flushing toilet, 2 full size beds, fridge ,A/C, electric heat , ample kitchen amenities, toiletry items supplied, and housekeeping.

The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!
