The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Vrij gelegen tiny house ontworpen voor en gebouwd op een unieke locatie op fietsafstand (5km) van Groningen centrum (fietsen gratis te leen). Geniet van de rust van het Groninger platteland met het uitzicht op de skyline van de stad. Het tiny house is een uit hergebruikt materiaal vervaardigde zelfstandige wooneenheid van 2,5m x 5m. This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
