Suitable for everyone in a village that has everything from Astrid Lindgren's world to excursion destinations in the Hultsfred Festival's tracks. In the nearby area, there is an elk park, swimming areas, summer cafes, adventure park, Emil i Lönnebergas Katthult and farm shops.

Lovely patio with pool (closed for the season, opens in April-May 2026 depending on the weather), peace and quiet with proximity to the city environment, about 14 km to Oskarshamn. Swimming area within walking distance (about 1000 meters) Open floor plan where you can socialize even while cooking. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with bunk bed and an alcove in the common area with bunk bed. A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Njut i detta unika, och till stora delar egenhändigt byggda hus, vid vägs ände i skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur rik på djur och detta fina hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats. Välkomna!

Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser - året om! Vintertid värmer härliga brasor och på sommaren svalkar sjön! Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Close to nature and nice roads. 15 minutes to Vimmerby by car and 10 minutes to Hultsfred. 6 kilometers to a nice swimming area.
