Cabin holiday rentals in Franche-Comté

A little corner of paradise, in the middle of nature, with the river and birds in a soundtrack alone. The cabin is very cute, comfortable, very nicely decorated. Frédéric welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us ideas for walks in the area. The hot tub is great! We recommend 200%!!

Idyllically located accommodation in a very quiet location in the middle of nature. The garden is huge and very well maintained; there is a sauna, a hut with an integrated grill and an outdoor fireplace as well as a pizza oven, which you share with the guests of the other accommodation. Everything is beautifully arranged and modern. There is a private whirlpool available, which we did not use. The parking lot is very large and directly at the house, a charging station for electric vehicles is available at the host's house by arrangement. Communication is very friendly, helpful and fast and Gillou is very eager to provide a great experience for his guests. The bakery he recommended, Chez Jul'ien in Brû, is great and a personal guide is sent in advance for travel planning - great service! Everything looks like the pictures, and the house is lovingly and beautifully decorated. A special highlight was the cute neighborhood cat. A great short vacation!

Fanny was responsive, very welcoming and helpful with recommendations from local restaurants. The accommodation was great, a "beautiful wooden cabin feel", but with good quality modern amenities, very comfortable beds and a very good location for many day trips to the Jura. The hot tub was a very good surcharge for the property. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Fanny for your hospitality!

I had a lovely 2 nights (spent mostly in the jacuzzi) at Marie’s guest house. Spectacular views and welcoming hosts.

Very friendly welcome and visit by the son of our host, thank you again young man! Beautiful quiet setting, well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bedding, the spa on the terrace is very nice, and caring and respectful hosts! A perfect stay with friends to disconnect from our mom lives... do NOTHING in particular, just enjoy. The day continued with a very pleasant picnic by the lake....A place to remember without a doubt!

Exceptional location with a nice lake view and absolute quiet. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended

It's a charming place with very original decorations. There's plenty of space to rest. We had a wonderful time there!

I had chosen the accommodation to be able to look at the starry sky in the dark surroundings. I also had astronomical telescopes with me for that purpose. The starry sky was stunning, the cabin perfectly located and very quiet, so I could sleep in well after a long night. The cabin is simply furnished, but there is everything you could ever need. Bed and bedroom is very comfortable. The outdoor area is incredibly idyllic. I felt very comfortable, was able to really relax. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful and offers enough opportunities for long walks. Patrice, the host, is very friendly and accommodating. I will be very happy to come back.

Really beautiful surroundings in the middle of the woods. Super fun natural organic camping! Mega friendly owner who can also cook very well. Cottage was also very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much (unfortunately only 1 night because we were in transit). But we will definitely come back to this. Thank you Christophe for the hospitality!

Nanou is a very friendly hostess, we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation in 650 meters at the height of Mielin corresponds exactly to the description. It offers good activities depending on the season and weather. There are shopping facilities in the nearby towns about 20 km away and a small supermarket in Servance about 5 km away. It's cozy. The hut offers everything you need to slow down and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The boccia court made our time together there more enjoyable. With the best French hits, and a few snacks as well as this view, these are memories for eternity. Thank you Nanou, for the wonderful time and see you soon!

Amazing place to stay with jaw dropping views!! Nick and his team were lovely and quick to respond even late at night 🫶🏽The cabins were very clean and well decorated. One thing that stood out was the blinds and the bug screen! Would definitely recommend it everyone!!

We had an unforgettable stay at this small wooden Finnish house, full of charm and originality. The central barbecue gives a warm and unique atmosphere, perfect for sharing a good meal. The bed is very comfortable, we slept like babies! Fabrice is a welcoming and caring host. The icing on the cake: direct access to the forest just behind the accommodation, a real timeless moment in the heart of nature. I would highly recommend this exotic experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Andre's place. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, house is super easy to find and has everything you need for couple days stay, very well connected with nearby towns and hiking spots. Highly recomended house and host, we will definietly book again whenever come back to Gruyere! 😁

We had a very pleasant stay in Sandrine's chalet, who took great care of us by welcoming us very warmly! The environment is very peaceful and we loved the authentic look of the chalet. Perfect base to discover the region, which is beautiful.

Elly welcomed us kindly and had good tips for the area (bakery open daily, a small Schlaraffenland, in the village!). The small hut is super cozy; we felt right at home. Elly's cuddly cat, who liked to visit us, also contributes to this. You are surrounded by greenery and can relax perfectly. At the end of a hot day, the stream on the property invites you to dive in.

Perfect place for a great romantic moment! My partner who didn't know where I was taking her loved the arrival in the evening with all these little lights that give a magical moment! Pierre Jean was able to give me good information about the area! A little short to see everything over a weekend but we loved it! In short, nothing to complain about, we can only advise him for a romantic weekend, it's great! 👍
