Wonderfully large and well located apartment with coffee bar in the building, restaurants and parks close by.

Very nice and modern furnished apartment, the living room offers a lot of light and a view through its large windows all around. A large and covered balcony invites you to sit outside. The breakfast room is also modern and tasty, the same applies to the "beer garden" The operators of the hotel are super nice!

We were family of 4 , we did had very nice time , I would like to appreciate Barney and Catrine , the apartments is really comfortable ,we could enjoy the SPA , swimming pool , was perfect after skiing all day is near to all and has all you need , I would definitely recommend it !

To say that we were delighted is not strong enough. The accommodation is located in a private residence, common lounge on the ground floor, laundry, toilet, sauna (closed at this time) ski room (for winter), spacious double elevator, wide and quiet hallways. The apartment is conveniently located in the corner with two beautiful windows overlooking a large terrace each with views of the valley and mountains and views of the Mont Blanc mountain range for the other. The kitchen is very well equipped, new ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, an excellent microwave and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bedrooms are very good and functional, separate toilet and bathroom. The location is ideal, a short walk to the gondola, and a few minutes' walk to the center of Saint-Gervais. What can I say? This place was absolutely amazing and has every modern appliance and amenity you can think of. Not to mention Beir in the fridge and wine on the table. So many nice touches in a cute, quiet town. So happy we decided to stay in St. Niklaus. Our favorite was the Nespresso machine and incredible views on the balcony! So very cozy!

Beautiful stay at Julie's. The accommodation is very well furnished and very well equipped. Julie and her husband were very welcoming and gave good advice for activities in the area. In one word, PERFECT!

The place was perfect. Great location—we only had a short walk to the gondola (easy even in ski boots), a patisserie and pizza place across the street, a small market for groceries a 10 minute walk away and a plenty of restaurants in St Gervais about a 10 minute walk away. Francois was an excellent host and helped with any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay with the family. There was everything available. Simonetta was always responsive to our communication when he needed it. We were on the ground floor, there was a nice view of the lake and freshness with the trees and greenery next door. Beautiful.
