Extremely considerate host. Spotless apartment. The building has well-trained concierge professionals, which conveys a lot of security, in addition to being helpful. Great location. The region conveys a sense of security. Market within meters. I intend to stay there again when I go to São Paulo. Metro within meters. Dica : For those arriving at Guarulhos airport, there is a train that leaves the airport and goes directly to Luz station. It connects with line 4, then descends at the Oscar Freire station, which is a few meters from the apartment. It is quite safe.

very good stay, very well-equipped studio

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were always helpful when we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.

The stay at the studio met all expectations. We chose the site due to the proximity of the north expo center, but I was extremely pleased with the conditions of the site. Pictures consistent with the apartment, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, clean and organized bathroom, great shower. The living room sofa is a bit small, but I understand that it is due to the size restriction of the place, so nothing to complain about. We had a small mishap with the water supply in the studio. But it was a general problem of the building, and Andreia was extremely requested to evaluate the solution and provide us with many updates of the situation. If we had the opportunity, we would be staying with Andreia again. I highly recommend!!

The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Very top-notch gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

It was a great experience staying in Marcos' apartment. In addition to the organization and amenities, Marcos was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs. I recommend this space for those who need to be in downtown São Paulo in a cozy and comfortable environment.

The farm is a delight, extremely complete, equipped and cared for in the smallest details! We spent a weekend with friends and it was an extremely pleasant time The living room / kitchen environment is all designed and formatted to gather and experience good times in both cold and heat Val helped us during the stay and became the icing on the cake! Outside of all the prior attention from Raquel I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have a good time with family or friends And we'll definitely be back

Excellent place to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. In person, it is more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Neuria and Cris are excellent hosts, kind and always available. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Very responsive host and beautiful property.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and face tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is amazing and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also amazing!! On the last night alone, we got a heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

great spot for a few days in SP!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment was very clean and organized as always. We stayed again!!! I feel at home!!! And whenever we are in Campinas, we will stay there!!! I highly recommend!!!

The accommodation is the same as in the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
