This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Het ligt midden in het Unesco Werelderfgoed, waar je intens kunt genieten van de rust en schoonheid van het Waddengebied. Het appartement is verrassend ruim (70m2) en biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 pers. Kinderen kunnen zich vermaken op de trampoline, op het gras/voetbalveld en kunnen ook knuffelen met onze konijnen en cavia's.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Binnen 15 minuten fietsen (te huur) sta je aan het Potten-strand of in de reuring van de stad, terwijl je bij terugkomst weer de rust van het Friese platteland ervaart. Een ideale combinatie van levendigheid en ontspanning. Het vrijstaande húske is stijlvol en sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
