Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Parken vorm Haus, Wallbox Typ 2(kostenpflichtig) Fahrradgarage. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Steigerwald und das ehem. Zisterzienserkloster. Im Ort gibt es 2 Bäckereien (mit kl. Lebensmittelbestand) und 1 Apotheke. 3 gute Speiselokale im Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 7 km.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
