Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Die 60qm Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und teilweise neu möbliert: ein Schlafzimmer, Bett 160*200cm ein Badezimmer, mit Badewanne/Dusche eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Couch, Smart-TV, Apple-TV, Amazon-Prime ein Zimmer, das wahlweise als : - Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch, Monitor, Stuhl - Kinderzimmer mit Kinderbett oder Krippe eingerichtet wird Internet 1TB/s Waschmaschine, Trockner und andere Sachen stehen in dem Keller.

Stay in a historic farmhouse

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation in an authentic courtyard you will find everything you are looking for to immerse yourself in a break. My courtyard consists of a total of 3 residential buildings, one of which I live in myself. I rent the large gatehouse (157 sqm living space) as well as the former servant's house (2 rooms, 67 sqm). The gatehouse includes a large summer kitchen with fireplace and two cozy bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.

Kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and sink. Possibly not suitable for toddlers because of stairs. By appointment, the pool can be used exclusively. Access via the garden. The old town with castle and train station can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. From there, a train runs directly to Frankfurt Central Station.

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Nackenheim is located on the Rhine about 10 km from Mainz surrounded by vineyards. You can get on the expressway/highway towards Frankfurt or Koblenz. In the suburb there are shops, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, as well as bus and train that are within walking distance. Indoor playgrounds are 2 km or 5 km away. Towels are included. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Charging station at the front door. Lots of leisure activities.

This apartment (Am weissen Berg 3) in Kronberg offers a living room for up to 6 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, 1 kitchen and a large balcony facing south. The apartment has one bedroom and a living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. We speak German, English and Russian.
