Dejligt, praktisk og lyst rækkehus i roligt kvarter, tæt på skov i hyggelige Espergærde. Huset har alt hvad I har brug for, det er nemt at bruge og har egen parkeringsplads. Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Området er præget af skov og natur og tæt på Rungsted Havn, som tilbyder er rigt restaurant-og shoppingliv. Tæt på Lousiana, Kronborg og København. Tæt på Kystbanen og bus 150S som kører til Nørreport St. Værten er ikke til stede under opholdet. Værten taler flydende dansk, svensk, tysk og engelsk.
