Huset fra 1833 er ny renoveret med stor have, bålplads, Ofyr-grill, drivhus til de køligere nætter, 30min fra København. Indendørs er der 238m2 at boltre sig på indrettet med inspiration fra naturen, og samtidig med al moderne luksus. Hestene bor på vandrefold rundt om haven og elsker at hilse over hegnet. Her bor også to kælne katte som mest er ude, men som rigtig gerne vil fodres.

Our new house is a lovely retreat designed for up to four guests. It features 2 cozy bedrooms, a modern living room and kitchen, with 2 double beds in a warm atmosphere, making it feel like home. Whether you want to relax or explore, our house is a great base for your stay, closely located near Copenhagen (30min), Helsingør (10min), and the Louisiana Museum (5min). Espergærde is a charming coastal town surrounded by the sea and beautiful forests. It’s the perfect spot to relax and have fun.

Ydeligere et nyrenoveret værelse i kælder med gulvvarme med plads til 2. Boligen ligger centralt med kort afstand til by, slotspark og Esrum sø. Grill og pizzaovn, samt lækre loungemøbler på den store terrasse. Gåafstand fra Fredensborg Slot og slotspark. Swimmingpool på 8x4x1,5 med saltvand og varmepumpe for opvarmning.

Bright and inviting - private entrance. View of cozy south-facing front yard. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, TV room. Possibility of 2 persons bed. I live upstairs and stick to the backyard so you have your privacy. 3 hens ducks when there are fresh eggs for you.
