The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

For those who love Bohuslän's nature and proximity to the sea and a fantastic archipelago. A few kilometers from Strömstad city center. An excellent starting point for hiking along the Kuststigen and enjoying the sea or a round on Strömstad golf club's nice park course. End the day with a swim in the hot tub jacuzzi under the stars or take the bus in to Strömstad for a good dinner and crowds. Days with bad weather are best spent in front of the fireplace.

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker.
