Die 70m2 große, abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG ist eines modernisierten ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit Panoramablick in ruhiger Alleinlage und dennoch nahe am Ortskern. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten.
