Roake was an amazing host. This was our 2nd time staying at the house in Findley Lake. Absolutely beautiful. The view is beautiful. The town is adorable. The beds are comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. We rented the pontoon boat and had a blast. We were able to bring our dog and spend quality time with him. Great place to bring your fur babies. This was a family vacation and we could have not asked for a better host or stay. We will be back. ❤️

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

We had the absolute best stay at Ryan’s place! The cabin was super cozy, spotless, and in the perfect location—less than five minutes from Peek’n Peak. But what really made our trip unforgettable was Ryan and his wife. They are some of the kindest, most generous people we’ve ever met! Unfortunately, we got into a car accident and were without a car for half our stay. Ryan and his wife went above and beyond—they gave us a 40-minute ride to get our rental car, saving us a ton on an Uber, drove us up and down their steep driveway, and even gave us complimentary wine after the accident. Their Airbnb is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a closet full of medicine and toiletries. They even offered to let us stay longer if we needed extra time. Given the circumstances, their kindness meant the world to us. We are so grateful and can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re thinking about booking—do it!
