Monthly Rentals in French Quarter, Charleston

This is our second year at this location. We will be back! We love the energy of the place and the new mattress made a huge difference this year. Thanks for continuing to keep this place up to date.

Definitely worth while. My girlfriend and I are doing AirBnbs month to month and this was was our first stop. We regret going here first because we loved it THAT much. The place was perfect and had more than everything we needed. If we could have stayed longer we would have.

It wasn't our first time at Emma's - you can't beat it for the location, communication with host and ambiance. We'll be back. Highly recommended!

Maxine was simply the best host we've ever had. She was unbelievably responsive, recommended nearby restaurants, and talked to us about the neighborhood. She was there whenever we needed her at the drop of a hat, I cannot say enough great things about her as a host. The condo was outstanding. It was spotless, exactly as described, and provided a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to experience this great neighborhood that is both beautiful and peaceful. If we come back to Charleston I hope it's at this place with Maxine as the host.
