Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Die Ochsenfurter Altstadt mit romantischen Fachwerkhäusern und vielen Türmen lässt sich zu Fuß am Main entlang in ca 15 Minuten erreichen.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Centrally located, newly renovated ground floor apartment in the old town - just steps from the Main and the Main Bridge. Features: New kitchen, modern bathroom with large shower, washing machine & hairdryer, including towels & bed linen, pets allowed. A secure garage is available for bicycles. Parking is possible right in front of the house (somewhat cramped for larger vehicles) or free of charge on the Main (about 5 minutes' walk).

House "Nr.16" OG - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We are delighted that our apartments have been included in the 2019 architectural tours.

Our compact 70 m² apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for relaxing vacations. The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.
