The apartment is furnished with antiques, has a plank floor, bathroom with tub and is about 90 square meters in size. Attic, not accessible. Sauna use is free for 7 nights or more.

The income from the rental finances the maintenance, which then also allows particularly stressed people in a financial emergency to spend a free vacation there. The vacation home is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest. Behind the house, if you cross the stream that belongs to the property, you are already in the middle of the forest. Many hiking trails can be walked and the Rennsteig is not too far away.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Bad Tabarz is a traditional place in the middle of the Thuringian Forest. The approx. 40 sqm, quiet apartment is located in the center of the village. Restaurants and shopping are within a radius of about 300 meters. The property is particularly suitable for cyclists (with and without a motor), visitors to our spa clinics, but of course also as a starting point for hikes, climbing tours and a visit to the spa and family pool "Tabbs."

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey residential building, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor area of approx. 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also the possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.

Small apartment by the forest

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
