The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! Lake Constance is a 10-minute walk from here. There is a great lake and outdoor pool or a recreational area with free access and SUP rental. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, as one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs for around 260 kilometers along the lake shore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many sights around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.
