Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The accommodation is a construction trailer of about 210 cm by 360 cm in size. It is located in the garden behind my house and has a wonderful view of the Thuringian Forest. Water and electricity are available but only for simple use (solar shower) No kitchen or cooking facilities.... In the trailer there is a bed of 140 cm by 200 cm which can be folded down at night. Otherwise, there are two benches with a table and shelf. In the garden, there is a dry toilet.

We were with a group of 13 and enjoyed the accommodation immensely. In the house there was enough to keep us busy, I am thinking of the great sauna and swimming pond but also the extensive range of board games, toys, chess board and poker set. It is a very charming house that is modern where it should be. The area was beautiful and even more beautiful than in the picture. You can take a very nice walk directly from the garden and you are really in nature. This is definitely recommended!

We stayed for a weekend as a family at Frank and Franzi's place. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Frank responded immediately to questions from us and was able to help us. In general, the hosts were very nice and communicative, so you immediately felt comfortable. The property is ideal for exploring the beautiful area "Drei Gleichen", also the Thuringian Forest and the Hainich National Park. Most of the time you are at the destination within half an hour's drive. We would recommend the place at any time!

A very nice apartment with great beds and a great location! Right at the train station, without the feeling of a typical train station neighborhood. On a very well-maintained property, with nearby shopping facilities. We were here with two children and felt comfortable right away!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with incredible attention to detail – really cozy, stylish and easy to feel good. Everything you need was there, including drinks, which we found to be particularly thoughtful. But what really made our stay special were Manuela, her husband and daughter – such warm, loving people, with whom you immediately feel welcome. You can just tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We felt completely comfortable, were able to unwind wonderfully and enjoy the time. This accommodation is a real insider tip – we will definitely be happy to come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!
