The house also features ample parking that can accommodate all guests, even with boats and trucks!

Take it easy at this unique newly built getaway. Enjoy world class sunsets. You will feel as though you are high above the tree line in an elegant treehouse. This is one of the only locations on the East Coast that offers a rare "over the water" sunset. Watch the sun melt into the Pamlico Sound from the covered porch. Walk, bike or 4X4 to the beaches, just minutes away. Excellent fishing and boat rentals are very close. This location also has several wonderful restaurants to explore.

Peaceful and Fresh Roasted Coffee is VERY PRIVATE. You have a private entrance, private bath and a cozy screened in porch. It's at the end of the road. Surrounded by nature. There is a beautiful path to the sound to watch the sunset or put your kayak or windsurfer in. One of the most beautiful places on earth! It is also a very short drive to the beach. It is so dark at night that you can see the Milky Way. Wake up with some of Wes's fresh roasted coffee.

Tiffany was an amazing host! The house was spotless and in a great location. We visited on Labor Day weekend and the ac unit went out, while no one was available to repair it. Tiffany dropped everything she was doing on her own vacation to drive over and try everything she could to get it working. Thank you, Tiffany, for everything!

This house was a great choice for my girlfriend and I! We loved how close it was to the ramp to drive on the beach and how close to other restaurants it was! The house matched the description and was very clean upon arrival (you could smell fresh lemon scent!). Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

It was my first time to the Outer Banks and I wasn't sure what to expect, but the location was great, just a few minutes away from everything, Lisa was really warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated the quiet. 10/10, will definitely come back and stay in the treehouse again. Mike's beautiful home is located near downtown Buxton. Within 5 min drive of coffee, breakfast, restaurants and beach access. I enjoyed my stay and it was super quiet throughout the day and night. Will be looking forward to coming back and staying again

Coastal Luxury: stunning round house on the sound

This setting was a gem! The location was on a canal (water view from the kitchen window) and close to beaches, surfing, restaurants, and all that Hatteras has to offer! Hannah has an exquisite eye for detail in both furnishings and amenities. It’s a picture perfect beach retreat with wood, cotton, and linen accents. The bathroom floor was even marble! The kitchen was so well equipped with an ice machine, coffee/espresso machine, and basics. The beds were comfy and the sheets, linens, and towels were high quality. The outdoors.. no stone unturned. Hanging chairs, hot tub, paddle boards, kayak, darts, a grill and a dock. Even an outdoor shower. If you are lucky enough to snag this one, then you are in for a treat. We would LOVE to return. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful beach retreat in a quiet, residential neighborhood! Thank you, Hannah - we’ve stayed in some great places and this rated with the top! It was all that we envisioned and needed!

If you are looking for a small place to just get away by yourself for a week I recommend this place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise and drink your coffee. I personally loved that there was a nice breeze all the time and the view was amazing. It is great having a full kitchen and the ability to do laundry.
