House holiday rentals in Fruitland

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

We enjoyed our stay! The space fit our needs for 5 adults and we enjoyed utilizing the backyard space.

Wow this place was absolutely amazing the pool and the hot tub were definitely the highlight of the stay but the house was also very homey and clean and it’s was a fun time

It was lovely, the communications with the manager were perfect and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Linens could use a little refreshing, however.

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

We have stayed at a lot of airbnb homes and this was by far the cleanest! The screened in porch was so relaxing, especially during a rain storm. We even saw a double rainbow! The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Great host, beautiful home, and beautifully landscaped yard! We had a great time.

It was cloudy and rainy most of our stay but it didn't matter. The house is so big and very comfortable. The indoor pool was wonderful. (They are very strict about kids not being allowed in the hot tub though.) We were able to use all of the outdoor amenities, too. The house is charming! The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to play with the balls on the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay for a quick weekend in Asheville!

Clean, comfortable home that is conveniently located near our extended family. Lois clearly put thought into the setup, because the house was well stocked with everything we needed.

Stayed for 4 nights for a short spring getaway! The location was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed listening to the birds, even the woodpecker! The hot tub was great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and clean. My only recommendation would be to update the living room furniture.

Beautiful location, can’t beat those views! House is advertised with all the amenities. Plenty of space for all and had lots of fun in the game room. Getting to the house is a bit tricky, but thankfully, Andrea left specific instructions on how to find it. She was also very quick to respond and super flexible, which we really appreciate.

I wish you could give more than 5 stars! Emily’s home was beyond what we had hoped for. Everything was pristine, the hot tub, downstairs game area and views from the patio were icing on top of our wonderful stay. Can’t say it enough how much you should stay here!

The pictures did not do this house justice! The house not only was amazingly comfortable, it had lots of extras. It had everything we needed. We came to stay for my Granddaughters Wedding at Pretty Place Chapel. We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home and we will be coming back to stay. We only had a short stay at Alex’s home but it was perfect for our family! We just needed somewhere to stay for the night & it was so clean. Plenty of space for what we needed. It was very easy to find and peaceful!

We loved staying at Bridget’s place. We were there for a very rainy weekend and had a lovely time playing games and hanging inside with the wood fire. The home is well laid out with a large living area and dining area. We especially enjoyed the snacks and coffee bar!! Bridget was very responsive whenever we had questions and checked ahead of time to see if we needed anything special. Definitely recommend it and would stay again. Thank you Bridget!

We had a wonderful stay at the Canopy House! The sauna was a perfect way to unwind after exploring Asheville, and the saltwater hot tub made for relaxing evening soaks. The house felt tucked away in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, yet was conveniently close to Asheville. The Bela and Spencer were incredibly polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries and check-in/out was a breeze. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed—the décor was truly picturesque. A peaceful retreat with all the right touches!

The view was amazing, and the whole reason I specifically booked this house, and I was certainly not disappointed. The house was as listed, felt very comfy, was clean, everything as expected. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on coming back.

Jason and Erin put the "Super" in Superhost! This was the best Airbnb that we have seen! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the necessities were there - plus some extras. We loved the decor. We highly recommend the Mountain View Cabin.

Kelly was so responsive and accommodating! Despite multiple requests for accommodations, she assisted with all of them…and quickly! When an item was accidentally left behind, she collected it and mailed it back, post-haste! Great place, very tranquil, pretty and private! Lovely stay!

Loved staying in Sara’s house. Super cute, recently updated home with a fenced yard, clean kitchen, and great bedrooms / bathrooms. Easy 15 minute drive into Asheville. Couldn’t recommend Sara more as a host as she was also incredibly proactive and responsive if we had any questions. Thanks again!

This was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. It is a beautiful cabin that has been well taken care of. High end appliances and furniture. The bedding was comfortable and restful. It is so quiet and peaceful! We would definitely stay here again!

I rented Brenna and Danielle’s apartment for a month for work. Very comfortable stay! Loved this little apartment, nicely designed. Unit was very clean and well kept. Kitchen is nicely equipped, I had everything I needed to make lunch and dinner. I was able to unwind comfortably after work each day. Brenna and Danielle are great! Loved that they checked in on me during my stay for any needs. Highly recommend!
