This appartement in the heart of Kandersteg in a typical Swiss chalet built in 1940s is located just next to the cross-country ski trails and 10 minutes walking from the cable cars. Fully made of wood, it combines a traditional decoration with modern elements offering a very warm atmosphere. With its spacious living room, it is ideal for spending time with family or friends. Upstairs, a large master bedroom and two small alcoves. Downstairs, a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Ländliche und romantische Wohngelegenheit! Die Räume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und haben einen separaten Eingang. Gratis Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher standards. Close to shops and public transport (5 min walk). The house was energetically renovated in 2021/2022 and now has air/water heat pump as central heating and a 12.54 kWp photovoltaic system on the roof.
