We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. There is a patio behind this room and parking to the side. There are no shared spaces in this combination of shabby-chic and rustic areas. There are views of lovely woods and grass outside the large windows. Electricity, a microwave, gravity-fed water/sink, wifi, and a keycode entry are provided.This is a glamping-style situation.

We celebrated my sisters birthday at Adams place and I can't tell you how many times we all uttered the words..."I just want to stay here forever"....The inside was loaded with lots of comfy couches and chairs with huge windows overlooking the pond and mountains. It was such a peaceful environment! The wood stove was a plus and kept the house nice and toasty. The kitchen was fully loaded and lots of book options for those who forgot theirs. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of throw blankets for when hanging in the common areas. We want to stay here again!!

Just got back from our weekend stay . Beautiful space that looked just like the photos. House was spotless. The house is located in a very peaceful and private area. Our family enjoyed the kayaks on the pond during the day and the fire pit on the deck at night . Very relaxing weekend .

The house was exactly as described and seen in the photos, a large, beautiful, authentic log cabin in the woods. The setting was quiet and beautiful though conviently right off the main road. We enjoyed cross country skiing, ice skating and a sleigh ride in Jackson (about 30 min away) and shopping in North Conway (about 20 min). Eileen made sure we were plowed and shoveled regularly during the snow storm so we enjoyed curling up by the fire and watching a movie on the large tv. My mother in particular enjoyed all the vintage decor which brought back childhood memories.

If you’re looking to stay in the Fryeburg area, and want some privacy in nature while still being in a comfortable home, this is the place for you! Kyle’s space is beautiful, open and charming. The house came well equipped including in the kitchen, and was stocked with board/card games for entertainment. Right outside your door is a secluded and wonderful yard surrounded by trees and filled with birds that sing every morning. We will definitely be back the next time we are staying in the area.
