Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Welcome to your private ivy-covered house in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne. Enjoy the greenery on our land and your private patio and garden. The house has a fireplace, high-speed wifi and a washing machine for your laundry. On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. We can add a bed for 1 or 2 kids (contact us).

Maison d'Autrefois is a cozy house that has been thoroughly renovated by the new owners in the style "Bourgeois Chic". The house has six sleeping places (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a salon/dining room, a kitchen, bathroom and back place (you). The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. The location 50 meters from the city park and the river Lot makes Maison d'Autrefois the ideal place to stay for an unforgettable vacation.

Anastasia and Simon welcome you to Sarlat-la-Canéda, capital of Périgord Noir. Come and spend a stay in our beautiful "La Truffière" cottage with stunning views of the valley and our truffle field! Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

The old Bread Oven + HOT TUB

The old bread oven located in the vineyard was renovated this year. Everything has been thought out for a pleasant time. If you are visiting our beautiful region you will find all the comforts you need. With the added bonus of the HOT TUB (from May to September) for a relaxing moment after your day of visiting our region You can canoe, taste good wines, visit castles, go to the Padirac Chasm or simply take beautiful walks in the vineyard.

This accommodation is located in a wooden house with independent entrance, built in a modern style. This is a unique opportunity to spend time in a real Finnish house. The house is located in a quiet and wooded area, 3 minutes by car from the village center, dating back to the 13th century and ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. It is possible to book breakfast or dinner with the hostess (professional chef).

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
