Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

Casa con ampio salone e comodissimo divano letto(materasso 20cm),cucina,doppi servizi e camera da letto al piano superiore con condizionatore.Ampio giardino con veranda,doccia e barbecue.La casa è situata a circa 800 metri dal mare,la zona è molto tranquilla e con buona possibilità di parcheggio, possibile anche parcheggiare nel giardino. 4 posti letto,due nella camera da letto e 2 nel divano letto.Il centro e la stazione distano circa 1 km e 800 metri.I treni per Roma passano ogni 30 min.

Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower.
