Villa contemporaine à la décoration soignée, spacieuse et chaleureuse. La maison surplombe une magnifique forêt de pins et chênes. Lieu unique et paisible où se ressourcer au son des cigales et à l'odeur des pins. En été vous profiterez d'une sublime piscine couloir de nage 11X3 automatisée au sel. Construite en 2021, la maison est très bien équipée. Pool house avec wc et douche. Le très beau village de Fuveau et ses commerces sont accessibles à pied. Ideal pour vos vacances.
