Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and its relaxing garden which are opposite our villa + private garden just for you.

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Appart, a lovely cottage for 2 people (37 m2), located on the first floor of the main building with an independent outdoor entrance. You will also have at your disposal a small private summer kitchen in the garden as well as two sun loungers. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed around to preserve everyone's privacy.

The house that we occupy is an old farmhouse from the end of the 18th century on a plot of more than 1 ha, located in the countryside in the Agricultural Zone 12 km south of Aix en Provence and 2 km from the highway entrance to La Barque to Nice, Toulon , Marseille East. 20 minutes from Aix en Provence TGV train station, and 30 minutes from Marseille Provence airport. We are 5 km from the business area of Rousset.
