Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Nuovissimo appartamento nel centro storico di San Miniato. Recentemente ristrutturato, è l’ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità in pieno centro, con una bellissima vista sulle campagne toscane grazie al terrazzo panoramico perfetto per una colazione al sole o un aperitivo speciale. Immerso nella parte storica della città, si raggiungono comodamente a piedi ristoranti tipici, negozi e tutte le bellezze di San Miniato. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale è l'ideale per visitare l'intera Toscana.

Il nostro appartamento e’ composto da soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale,tv,cucina completamente attrezzata,bagno con doccia e lavatrice,camera con letto matrimoniale,un letto a castello e due armadi. L’ambiente e’ dotato di aria condizionata e termoarredo in bagno.La casa al piano terra con entrata indipendente con spazio esterno attrezzato.Ai nostri ospiti verrà fornita la biancheria con cambio settimanale,ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere e stendino lettino per bambini su richiesta.

Relax nella campagna Toscana ad un passo dal mare

Ideale per una coppia la casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra troviamo un soggiorno e la cucina completa di accessori con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, al primo piano abbiamo invece una grande camera matrimoniale (possibilità di aggiungere un letto per bambini) e un bagno molto spazioso. Chiunque è e sarà sempre il benvenuto. Le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione degli appartamenti sono eseguite in maniera scrupolosa direttamente da noi al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza.

La casa dell'arco

La nostra casa è stata ristrutturata in stile toscano con pavimenti in cotto grezzo a cui abbiamo aggiunto particolari da tutto il mondo. È circa 65 mq su due piani e si accede da una piccola corte privata, al piano terra soggiorno e cucina, al primo piano camera matrimoniale e bagno. È situata nel centro storico del piccolo paese del Gabbro, in area pedonale, molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ai margini del bosco, a pochi km dal mare. Il parcheggio pubblico gratuito è a circa 200 metri.

situata in collina, con una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna, è riccamente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort per una splendida vacanza . Vicinissima all'incantevole mare della Costa degli Etruschi (in 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere Castiglioncello e la costa Livornese) è immersa nel verde e dista 1 km circa dal paese che risponde ad ogni esigenza . I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
