Luxury Apartment"Lux DeLuxe" (800m from the beach)

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for one week. Lovely to watch the sun go down on the balcony! The bed was lovely, great shower and a nice living area with a very large TV. The car could be parked inside the gate. Don't forget to pet the sweet dog Vika and provide them with sweets! Within walking distance of the beach and by car Pula and Rovinj are easy to reach. Peroj itself is a very quiet village. We bought a number of liters of olive oil from Luka, delicious! This apartment is definitely recommended.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.

My friends and I had an unforgettable vacation and villas at Robert's. beautiful spacious house, large bedroom with bathrooms, beautifully decorated area around the house, a pool that the kids didn't want to leave even in the rain. The villa provides all the amenities and amenities to spend beautiful moments in the air. Outstanding local wine and an unforgettable strawberry cake we received from the hosts. It's still evaporating 😉 we will come back and recommend to anyone who does not go to Croatia only to lie on the beach. The location in a small beautiful village for us was a shot at 10tke. Quick and easy access to larger cities, and peace and quiet on a daily basis and a beautiful area where children moved freely on bikes! climatically, homely, a little rural, and comfortable and at a high level. Robert and the whole host family are fantastic people who want to come back to. Thank you again for a wonderful time ! Hope to see you again in the future. Recommended for everyone

The cottage looked just like the photos. Everything was clean and well-equipped. For the kids, there was a trampoline, a tennis table, and more. Ivana and Stanko also put a crib and chair for a baby at our request. They both welcomed us very nicely and were well attainable. I highly recommend this villa for people who like peace and have no problem with getting to the beach or restaurant by car.
