A lovely abode above cowichan bay, beautiful views and a serene backyard! Quite nicely appointed , would recommend!

This has to one of the best (if not the best) Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! The suite and property truly exceeded our expectations and was the perfect relaxing and cozy home away from home to return to after a long day of exploring the island. The grounds of the property are stunning and very well maintained. Joanne and Tim were so hospitable, providing clear instructions on how to get there and a thorough list of local restaurants, cafes, and excursions to explore. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an extremely relaxing and zen stay on the island!

We had 2 nights in this scenic unit. The view from the deck and lawn was beautiful, the lulling of the waves was spectacular. We enjoyed the comfy deck and utilized the BBQ. Easy stroll to coffee and restaurants.

I stayed here before and decided to come again with other travelling companions. The location is beautiful. The home is a beautiful space with everything we needed, including a wonderful view. With the big windows, we could see robins building their nest under the home’s balcony while also being able to watch eagles flying by over the water. Sharon was responsive with texting even though she was away during our stay. There is a nearby small commercial space with two food trucks serving excellent food if you want a respite from cooking. We could either choose to eat there before driving out of the area for the day, or to stop off for dinner on our way back. I highly recommend Sharon’s place if you are looking for a rural oceanside getaway.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kelly’s suite by the sea! The space was even better than we expected - appears to be recently renovated with modern finishes, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Kelly was super responsive, helpful, and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. The location was great, I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Joan's place is a perfect retreat in Bowen Island! The unit was cozy, with a comfortable bed and couch that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Just a short walk to a stunning beach, and we woke up each morning to peaceful views of the garden and ocean. Truly a hidden gem!

Had a fabulous time in Deep Cove and would liked to have stayed longer. The apartment was all that we needed although it would benefit from more clothes storage. Celeste communicated well via messages but a little disappointed that we didn’t get to meet in person. We loved the area and enjoyed walking the Quarry Rock and BP trails. Arms Reach and Scratch Kitchen were both excellent restaurants. We would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Tong was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Her place was decorated with her own amazing paintings and her garden was amazing. The outdoor patio was private and had a great view of the water. Her place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was just as described. We will definitely return again!

My partner and I stayed at Charlottes place for 3 days and loved every minute of it. The suite is so beautiful and spacious, the photos hardly do it justice! Stunning view of the ocean and sunset right from the hot tub is hard to beat. The suite was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable, not to mention the gorgeous garden and patio area. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful leafy neighbourhood perched just above Snug Cove. Nice private covered deck, and everything we needed. Just was responsive and the place was neat and tidy. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time at Ryan's and it never disappoints. Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts. Already planning our next trip just so we can be sure to stay here. To be honest it didn't feel like a BnB, it was closer to a retreat in having a private suite in a resort. This suite has a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy huge beautiful trees, quiet area where the sounds of traffic is to an absolute minimum. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. The suite has a Barrel Sauna!!!! It gets HOT!!! My wife and I loved getting a few sweat sessions in before bed and in the morning. feeling so rejuvenated! What a wonderful cozy choice! Super close to gorgeous trails of the Lagoon by the ocean!!!! Definitely a recommendation for this area of the island and Sylvie is super responsive and friendly!!!

Hidden gem. We only stayed one night but wish we got more. Carla has the place perfectly decorated and stocked with everything you need! Fresh flowers and cookies greeted us, with other snacks in the kitchen for later! Spotless kitchen and bathroom, making us feel safe and right at home. She also offered us lawn chairs and towels so go watch the sunset in the evening. While we had breakfast a little fawn strolled right in the backyard. The most perfect little suite!

Jayne's place is just as described - clean, well stocked and homey. Clear instructions made finding the place and getting in a breeze. The space is quite large and comfortable for two people. Jayne was quick and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for a great location in Cowichan Bay!

we had great stay at Michael's. very relaxing and Michael gave us some suggestions for trail rides. we enjoyed the Kensol tressel trail. I highly recommend it. On foot or bike.

We had a great stay! It was a perfect spot for our group of adults, teens and kids. The kids were especially happy with all the games and loved the badminton outside. There were so many little touches that made this place perfect and you could tell the hosts had put a lot of thought into all the things you may need. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s in Europe and this was by far the best stocked with amenities I have ever encountered. It was very much appreciated! Thank you! 💕

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. James &Helga have kept place clean and private with spectacular views just like photos. They even offered us early check in without asking. The jam tastes amazing , if you are there do not miss to try it out. Our overall experience was great.
