Beautifully converted old house, very comfortable and cozy. We loved spending time outside with the bird song and cooking nice food in the kitchen that has all you need. Overall loved this place and Alessandro was a model host who made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable and charming. Cannot ask for much if you are a couple spending some time in the area with a car..

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and a toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the wonderful stay!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

We stayed at Tito’s place for one week. The perfect getaway in this part of Sardinia. All the beaches are 15-20 min drive.. the place is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of green and flowers. The house itself is perfect with a nice living room with two couches. We had to spend 2 nights at Rosaria's but in the end we spent 4 because we were so comfortable there We were able to take the accommodation in advance. Rosaria's dad welcomed us, he is very kind and very discreet and very attentive. We did not see Rosaria because she was in Milan but our exchanges were exceptionally friendly She is an incredible host, always attentive and full of good advice. The apartment is charming, impeccably clean Very well located with a supermarket just opposite and 10 minutes' walk from the center and its beautiful beach We will keep an excellent memory of this stage in Sardinia One of the best Airbnbs on the island Great value for money I highly recommend it. Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

The house, the location and the view were beautiful! There are 3 terraces and large windows to the sea side. You can see sunrises and sunsets. The location and atmosphere are great. So you can easily spend a lot of time in the house. The place was quiet and there is a small supermarket 1 km away on foot. Communication with Alessandro was always good and he always responded quickly. If you want to unwind and love a wide view with the sea and sunsets, you've come to the right place!

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

We had the joy of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we did not lack anything. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and snack bar for lunch. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5km away where there are restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Salvatore was lovely and helpful from start to end, the house was beautiful and tidy, outdoors were peaceful and looked exactly like the photos. Upon arrival, Salvatore gave us a detailed tour of the villa and made us feel at home. Lari, his colleague was very friendly and kind and Adriano, who maintains the pool and outdoor area was a delight to speak to, brought us fresh pastries and eggs every morning and gave us local recommendations. Overall, completely worth the price and would definitely stay again!

Our whole family loved the Villa at Luna Rosa. Beautifully landscaped, wonderful pool area and the suites were perfect. We also enjoyed the stylish plates that were available for our cooking pleasure. Communication was responsive and respectful. All in all, we had an incredible stay at Sardinia. Thank you very much.
